Artist statement
The objective that is central to my work is to present easily identifiable natural forms which utilize locally found materials. These natural figures invite the viewer to experience the shapes and sculptural qualities of my subjects.
In addition to the work presented here, commissioned work is a specialty. Sculptures, Trophies, Relief Panels/Doors, and Mantles can be custom made for interior, exterior, and landscape applications. The sculpture process page on my website is a good example of a commissioned work.
