I am a sculptor who works in bronze, concrete, and wood. I am drawn to different themes from geometric shapes to the very whimsical.
My work has been featured in shows at Capilano University, City Scape Community Art Space Gallery, the Blackberry Gallery, the Roundhouse, UBC, Gallery Gachet and Van Dusen Gardens.
I studied Textile Arts at Capilano University for two years and upon completion of that program, proceeded on to the Studio Art program to pursue sculpture. After graduating, I applied and was accepted into the Art Institute at Capilano University, where I spent ten years working in large scale concrete, steel and bronze sculptures.
Mixed Media painting is another passion. I incorporate bronze, wood, and concrete into paintings and wall hangings.
